Just returning from a Women in Coffee Conference in Africa, we know you’ll enjoy every moment spent at this very special event! Cost includes 1/2 pound of specialty coffee to take with you.

Chef Leah of Extraordinary Artisan Table and Farmer Randy of Harvest 2U… are joining forces, gathering community around the table in the discussion of Good Food. We will explore different techniques of how to preserve different foods, while understanding our local food shed better. From quick pickling to lactofermentation to dehydration, ‘The Art of Preserving’ will take you through the different art forms of traditional food storage methods.

This class, Coriander Carrots, is two in a series of 10.
We also supply you with yummy recipes and various approaches.
