Sliced Steak/Chicken

Stove Top in hot pan with a little olive oil- 1-2 minutes

Oven- 375- 3-4 minutes

Fish Filet, Whole

Stove Top in hot pan with a little olive oil- 3-5 minutes

Oven- 375- 5 minutes

Pastas/ Rice

Stove Top in hot pan with a little olive oil or moisture- 3-5 minutes, making sure you toss pasta as you re-heat.

Oven- 375- 5-8 minutes

Cooked Veggies/ Sautéed Greens

Stove Top in hot pan with a little olive oil or moisture- 1-2 minutes, making sure you toss veg as you re-heat.

Oven- 375- 4-5 minutes

Sauces

Stove Top 3-4 minutes, making sure you stir

Notes: We strive to make sure pasta, rice, vegetables, are all al dente (just a bit under done) to assure you do not receive foods that will re-heat, turning mushy. Proteins are undercooked by 5 degrees, again to assure they are moist when re-heated.
