pumpkin smoothie


½ cup almond milk or coconut milk
½ cup organic NO SUGAR canned pumpkin
½ ripe banana
¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp raw hemp seeds
½ cup pineapple
½ apple, cubed
1 handful of ice
1 tbsp maple syrup

Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth (you can add more almond milk to reach the desired consistency). Serve!
