Hands On Cooking Class for the adults: Dinner, Hearty Laughs & Great Vino

CLASS DEFINITION:

Grab a Glass of Wine & Watch the chefs prep Boneless Short Ribs- and give you some interesting & easy different recipe ideas.

Make your own Lasagna to bring home from a variety of ingredients… like short ribs!

Sit down with the class and enjoy a hearty winter dish of boneless braised short ribs with organic farm carrots & fennel over Italian Polenta- Paired with a beautiful Red from Leoness Cellars.

Package up lasagna creations to go- for an easy freeze or lunch/dinner the next day!!

Hands On Cooking Workshop for the kids and a wonderful lunch

1. Lasagna & Sauces

2. Tiramisu with Chocolate ganache

3. Organic Farmers Market Fruit- juiced and made to sparkle!

December 2011 Holiday Workshop "Van Avery Slow Food, in the house"!

CLASS DEFINITION:

Break down farmers market fruits, talk about where the fruit came from, what is in season and who is growing it.

Juice fruits, learn to mix with sparkling waters and agave for a fun kids cocktail.

Make your own lasagna (1 portion for lunch and 1 portion packed up to go home)
Tiramisu from scratch with house made chocolate ganche!!

Kids will set a table- learning to work together.  Serve lunch and enjoy their efforts!
Package up treats to go.

Recipe’s will be on hand after class!!
Binder to start their own recipe book- bringing it back each class to add new recipes.

COST:  $38  

This is a really fun, hands on class that will help advance those that have been in prior classes.
