Hands On Cooking Workshop for the kids and a wonderful lunch
1. Lasagna & Sauces
2. Tiramisu with Chocolate ganache
3. Organic Farmers Market Fruit- juiced and made to sparkle!
Break down farmers market fruits, talk about where the fruit came from, what is in season and who is growing it.
Juice fruits, learn to mix with sparkling waters and agave for a fun kids cocktail.
Make your own lasagna (1 portion for lunch and 1 portion packed up to go home)
Tiramisu from scratch with house made chocolate ganche!!
Kids will set a table- learning to work together. Serve lunch and enjoy their efforts!

Recipe’s will be on hand after class!!
Binder to start their own recipe book- bringing it back each class to add new recipes.
This is a really fun, hands on class that will help advance those that have been in prior classes.
